NYX Haul

Saturday 27 August 2016

Hi Bunnies!
I went on a shopping trip into Nottingham city centre and i wanted to share my NYX haul with you.
Watch the vlog of my shopping trip below incase you missed it :-
My love of NYX products all started when i converted to cruelty free beauty earlier this year.
The first NYX product which i tried was the soft lip matte creams. I thought that it was time to try other products and see if they were just as good.

Here is what i brought from the NYX stand in Boots in Victoria Centre.
NYX Doll Eye Mascara (£7.00), NYX Mineral Foundation Stick in the shade 001 Fair (£10.50), NYX Baked Blusher (£6.50) NYX Baked Eyeshadow in the shades Love Junkie (£5) and Posh (£5).
 Baked eyeshadows are beautiful :)
My skin tone is pale and i find it difficult to buy foundations and concealers which look good on me. The mineral foundation stick matchs well to my skin tone and it's easy to blend with a sponge or your finger tips. I would personally use the foundation stick for travel or make up touch ups as it's a convient size for your handbag. I like how you can build up coverage with the foundation stick. This is important to me as i have acne scars around my chin from when i was a teenager, they were fully covered using this product. Success!
Foundation Mineral Stick in Shade 001.
The baked eyeshadows Love Junkie and Posh are beautiful colours. When i applied the eyeshadow to my eyelids i found that using a sponge applicator was better at absorbing the colour than my make up brush.
The doll eye mascara advertises that it's a mascara which creates a false eyelash look. I was impressed with the mascara wand and the thickness of my lashes after application.
What do you think to these products from reading my blog post? Would you try them? Have you ever tried NYX products before? let me know in the comments below :)

Bunny Hugs,

Hayley
