Barry M All Night Long Foundation Stick In The Shade "Milk"
The first favourite of the month is the Barry M All Night Long Foundation stick which is retailed at £6.99.As someone who has a porcelain skin tone I sometimes struggle with finding the right colour match. Barry M have released more shades of foundation and concealer this year which is great.
The lightest shade is "Milk" is a compatible match for me. The All Night Long Foundation applies smoothly to the skin. It has a light weight and creamy formulation which doesn't clog pores. I like to use Sainsbury's latex free sponges to blend it out after application. The foundation is medium coverage so if you have blemishes to hide then I would recommend the Barry M All Night Long Concealer (£4.99) which was featured in my May Favourites blog post. The foundation is 100% vegan. It's rich in vitamin E and paraben free. This stick can also be used to contour and highlight. I like the sleek packaging of black matte and rose gold.
I brought the Barry M All Night Long Foundation when I went shopping recently watch the video above on my YouTube Channel.
 Collection Glam Crystals Eyeshadow Palette
Collection glam crystal eyeshadow palette is retailed for £4.99 which is a bargain for 6 beautiful shimmery pigmented eyeshadows. That equals to 83p per shade. If you use a wet eyeshadow brush rather than a dry brush it intensifies the colour. This is how I have swatched the colours on the back of my hand to show you. My favourite colours are the first 3 from the left. I love pinks and purples. I created a eyeshadow look combining them all together and this is how it turned out.
What do you think to my look? Have you tried any of these products?

Brownie And Ice Cream Parlour Launch At Rub Smoke House Nottingham

Wednesday 13 June 2018

On Tuesday 12th June I was invited to Rub Smoke House & Bar In Nottingham to the launch of their new brownie and ice cream bar. With over 25 different flavours of ice cream to try (and 3 flavours of gelato for those who require a dairy free option). I think there is something to suit everyone's taste however I would like to see more vegan options in the future.
Rub Smoke House & Bar host weekly bottomless evenings. Customers pay a set price to consume however much as they like within 2 hours. Before I indulged into the brownies and ice cream I sampled a main hot buffet which was a selection of buffalo cauliflower, mini pulled pork bbq burgers, fries, chicken tenders and fries.
Then it was onto the brownie bar. The brownies are from Brownie Heaven and they are the best I've ever tasted.
On the first round I tried the blondie brownie with salted caramel ice cream and white chocolate sauce. Delicious. Recommended.
Then for the second round I tried a rum brownie with honey comb ice cream and white chocolate sauce. Yum!
Unfortunately I didn't manage to try all of the brownies and ice creams on offer as I got full quickly.
However I will be popping back for another visit in the near future. I think Rub Smoke House & Bar is a great hot spot in Nottingham. Let me know in the comments below if you have visit the ice cream bar. Tweet at me @Bunnymoonstone what flavours you try.

How To Take Care Of Your Skin In Summer

Monday 11 June 2018

Having a simple skin care routine works wonders for your complexion. How do you find products which work best for you in the summer months?  Let me know in the comments below.
There’s so much to consider when it comes to what we put on our skin. Cleansers, moisturisers, toners, exfoliators, serums and products that target problem areas. It's important to apply Sun factor and SPF applications throughout the day during the summer. This stops skin damage and slows down the ageing process. Using a facial steamer can help with problem areas.
I find that what works best for me in the summer months is facial steaming at least once a week because it’s a natural way to open up your pores and get rid of the pesky blackheads particularly on the t-zone. I find putting my face into a steamer instantly calming and relaxing. Choosing my aromatherapy scent which happens to be lavender helps me to sleep at night.

I’m going to be sharing with you my skincare routine and recommending cruelty free products which I am using this summer. First of all I’d recommend getting yourself a good facial SPF moisturiser.
I’d recommend trying The Body Shop  Skin Defence SPF 50 moisturiser. It’s a light weight moisturiser which absorbs into the skin quickly.
The skin on your face is different to your body. Make sure you use a different sunscreen. For my body I use the Wilko suncream SPF 50 for £1.50. I like it because it’s budget friendly and travel size.
To take off my make up I use Boots Baby Oil and Sainsbury's cotton wool balls because they are gentle on the skin. The hot weather can make our skin dry so I like to use baby oil. If it’s good enough for newborn babies then it’s good enough for me.
Recently in my latest video I brought a packet of West Lab Himalayan salts as I've been reading about how the minerals are beneficial to your skin. I've bathed with the salts and they have made my skin smooth and soft. Recommended.
In the summer months for my skincare routine it’s important what we put in our bodies too. Drinking enough water and having a healthy and balanced diet. I like to drink Ahmad green tea and iced tea.
